Hi, I’m Clarisse, a coach, social media expert and mum.
Before all of this, I was a French pastry chef for nearly a decade, working in luxury hotels and running my vegan patisserie on the side. My entire life ran on hustle. 12 to 14 hour days, 7 days a week, and a constant cycle of burnout.
